The Iva M. Freeman Library offers a comprehensive collection of information structured to support the academic studies of our students and thereby uphold the mission of Kendall College.
The Library collection is comprised of academic journals [print and online], an astounding collection of text and resource books with over 5,000 culinary cookbooks, in addition to visual resources.
Main Collection: Comprised of a wide-ranging selection of fiction and non-fiction supporting the General Education coursework of all degree candidates.
Business: Contemporary, industry-immersive selection of business texts.
Hospitality: Collection of contemporary, industry-immersive selection of hospitality and tourism texts.
Culinary: A significant collection of culinary-related history, culture, science, biography, cookbooks, recipe collections, and case studies.
Historical Culinary and Special Collections: A treasured collection of books printed in the dates of 1860 –1960, relating to household instruction and cookery.
Curriculum: A collection of education resources and supportive material.
