Kendall Library is very fortunate to have in it’s collection four distinct areas of rare and exceptional books that comprise the Special Collections. Boasting a little over 215 books and materials, these collections comprise the Historical Culinary Collection, Gladys Taber Collection, Molecular Gastronomy, and the Author Signed Collection. These books are all housed permanently in the library for your browsing use only.
