INTRODUCTION

Institutions of higher learning are tasked with providing a quality education that leads to gainful employment. Potential students have many choices where they attend college and the impetus is on the institution to strengthen the students return on investment. The ultimate goal of ePortfolios also seems to be clearly aligned with the current trends and needs of the job market, that emphasizes the importance of what graduates can do opposed to what they only know.
