FIRST THINGS FIRST

When it comes to Public Speaking you must first assess your ATTITUDE toward it.  Study after study has indicated that this is perhaps the most important difference maker.  In fact, it turns out that whenever we learn a skill, there is actually a cycle that we go through in the process.  Watch the video below to learn about the Cycle of Self-Development (and yes, Cabo was fun).

It turns out that it all comes down to mindset.  So how do you get to the coveted grade of an A?  If you guessed that you do this through building grit or persistence... guess again.
